We're open to keep you moving during lockdown

After the Government announcement regarding a new lockdown from 5th November 2020, I wanted to outline how we will be there to help keep the country moving while working within the local guidance. 
From the 5th November, our Service & Parts departments will operate as normal, as they have been for many months in a safe manner.   
Sales showrooms and used vehicle external display areas will not be open to the public from 5th November until further notice. However, we will be available to continue sales remotely via telephone, email or video conferencing during normal opening hours to meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us.  
Customers can still collect a vehicle which has been purchased either online or via the telephone directly from one of our depots, though the handover will be done outside, so please bring a jacket. All vehicle handovers will take place from a designated exterior area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety. Home delivery options will also be available, and all handled in a COVID safe manner. 
Our colleagues remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or via our websites which are fully functional with the ability to buy or reserve a vehicle over the phone as well as booking a Service or MOT. 
Our aftersales departments remain fully operational for Servicing, MOT and repairs. Social distancing measures, an appointment-only system, protective screens at our service desks as well as cashless payments where possible, have been in place for several months now and will continue until further notice. 
Thank you for your patience, and for working with us to ensure our depots are a safe place to visit and work. 
We are open for business, but in regards to sales please call us rather than visit.
