Please note that we will be operating social distancing systems policies to keep everyone safe. Test drives will be by appointment only and we can arrange a personalised video of any vehicle you wish to purchase, as well as paperless document approval and handover process to keep everyone safe. Although we will be operating on a skeleton sales staff, we are ready to talk to you to discuss your needs.
Our Aftersales departments remain fully operational and available to support you and your business from Monday to Friday, but please note that some sites are temporarily closed on Saturdays, with Sundays closed as usual. (Please contact your local depot for opening times, as these may vary from the website).
Our customers have been grateful that our Workshops remain open throughout this difficult period in order to keep the emergency services, supermarket supply chains, key workers & our customers operational and we are proud to be supporting the country keep operational through this time, as part of the Key Workers for the UK.
We take our responsibility to protect our colleagues and customers seriously. We want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to continue our commitment to keeping your business moving through this very challenging time with extra cleaning measures and safeguards in place. We have taken certain extra measures and implemented some social distances set ups for our customer service areas, please do not be offended if we cannot shake you hand like normal, we are just keeping everyone safe.
As you can understand we will be prioritising the maintenance of key worker vehicles, but will do everything we can to continue to deliver the highest possible levels of service to all of our customers during this time.
